The site is located 1 km off the D5 highway close to Stará Boleslav, in the direction of Mladá Boleslav, approximately 20km northeast of Prague.

Description:

Originally built as a secret emergency backup plant for aircraft engine manufacture, this park is literally hidden in a forest a few hundred metres from the highway. The wooded nature of this industrial park offers a truly green working environment fifteen minutes from Cerny Most. Existing 7,000 m2 facility is let long-term to TRW Automotive. The automotive park has future development potential for light manufacturing/production.
